I told them they should use encryption, never got a response back. Would be nice to have a better mdma selection but I am not going to risk it.

No and I am getting a little antsy. He said he shipped it last Monday. His listing said he ships Priority so I should have had it by now. I am going to give it another day then contact him again.

deek, I ordered from him as well and I guess both of our packages left on the same day. I live on the opposite side of the country and have not received mine either. So like you I am getting very worried about it. Either they weren't sent or were intercepted.
Just checked, didn't receive it today...perhaps capsules got intercepted instead of vacuum sealed powder?

well i ordered last week too on monday. i still haven't received and he didn't reply to my msg on saturday. theres no way ALL of our packages got intercepted. either hes just procrastinating or this bs.

He told me when I last messaged him that I should give it until the 29th... then he'll see what we should do. Because everywhere I was looking up, USPS First Class takes 2-5 days, and almost ALWAYS takes 3 days at most. So when it didn't arrive last week I started to get sketched...
So far 3 people in this thread ordered from him?
Update: It says he has 5 transactions, 3 people in this thread ordered and have not gotten anything, but he just got feedback from someone saying that they got their order of pills...

Ordered 10 days ago or so, have received nothing. I live outside the US, though, but still shouldn't take more than 7-8 days.

At this point I wish I could take my money out of the escrow and spend it with a seller that has a lot of positive feedback. Until then I'm waiting for my transfer on dwolla to clear...
It says he has 6 transactions now. If I receive anything today I'll let you guys know, but I doubt it. He did let me know that the package was vac sealed and had a "deodorizer" which I might think would flag a package...
Update: Didn't arrive. Requesting 100% back...

I ordered last friday and still have not received my pkg yet I think this guy is full of shit! Tomorrow will be a week, if it doesnt come i want my money back.

I ordered from him a couple weeks ago, received my package on Monday and had a really great time rolling on Wednesday night. He's legit.

I won't be convinced till the original posters on this thread say they got their product. As I recall, two weeks ago there was only 1 order and I must assume that corresponds to the one review ApeXz has already had for a while. On June 28th, all orders were accounted for by this thread and the one review. There were a total of 5 orders at that time. There were 4 people on this thread who said they didn't receive anything, and the one review ApeXz had of someone who supposedly did. Now there's someone else who supposedly oredred 2 weeks ago and is satisfied... Doesn't add up. Additionally, the only positive feedback was the first one he had... Clearly someone running a scam could easily make one positive review. One of the people reviewing him said he gave an 80% refund... I don't know why he wouldn't ask for 100% but that 20% that is not refunded may be this guys game plan...

yah i still haven't gotten anything. nor did he respond to me asking him this past saturday. hes bullshit and yah i'm not taking no 80% if I can help it.

Asked for 100% refund and he agreed...
Glad to have back BTC but am worried about this transaction overall...

i agree. giving himself fake feedback and also no one noteworthy has confirmed ever even receiving anything. why is this guy even allowed to keep selling?
lol @ the only good feedback left in this thread by ypc11. Ypc11's post was made at 6:11 pm and the account was registered at 6:09 PM. Very reputable...
Guys I would avoid this person like the plague, something is not right.

What bothers me the most is that people who didn't get their packages and received refunds, or even partial refunds!!!, gave this guy good ratings... Up to 5 out of 5!

Hmmm need more product to arrive to buyer to be successful.
A bunch of no orders delivered and 1 random single poster saying they did.

Well, I ordered from this guy, and I'm one of the lucky ones who he decided not to give a refund to. Says he thinks I'm taking advantage of his feedback. Honestly, if he knew how to package weed, he wouldn't be in the predicament.
Anyway, I never got my package, and he wont refund me, so can anybody help me out? What kind of recourse do I have? What will the "Resolve" button allow me to do? I really hope it's not this easy for sellers to rip you off, but I'm new, so I'm not entirely sure what the procedure is for this.
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Resolve sends the order to the resolution center where you and the vendor can decide what to do , or SR will step in if needed and make the decision for you guys.

Thanks man, I did just that. When it comes to a Resolution, am I waiting for the Seller to respond? Because I'm fairly certain ApeXz is gone. He hasn't responded to his last 5 or so buyers (or myself since Monday). Is it possible to get a Silk Road Admin to expedite this process? I already messaged the Admin through the "contact us" link. I just don't want to have to wait another 5 days just to resolve this, it's already been kind of a mess :/

Maybe the resolve button be renamed to "Dispute Sale". And perhaps the Finalize button be renamed to "Complete Sale"
Might avoid the confusion.
